Hi Rashmi,
CTD is actually more inspiring compared to SHSF as it contains stories of people who are ordinary (sorry for the word) but through hard work or get ideas have changed their destiny.
I was expecting the story of the Mobile handset maker, Micro Max, who have market share of 5-6% in about 2 years time. Did you consider or try reaching them to be covered in your book.
