Lastly the one adverse is the complaint. The binding is really bad.. All the pages have come apart.. Is it me or others too have complained.. It is a treasure book for my personal library. Anyway I am sending by courier to my daughter in Stanford University who happens to be doing Techno Entrepreneurship . She will surely share it with her classmate and Professor.. So hope I get the next copy is good one.. I will hardbound and then only send
